College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);
Basic familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;
Interest in international hiring and cross-cultural environments;
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (B2+ is mandatory);
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment. What we expect from you
