Senior Devops Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will play a critical part in a large-scale migration to Harness, making hands-on Harness experience mandatory. ● The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps best practices. ● This engineer will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline deployments, improve reliability, and enhance operational efficiency across enterprise environments. ●Key Responsibilities:CI/CD Pipeline Development & Automation- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins, and other automation tools. ●- Lead and support migration efforts from legacy deployment tools and pipelines into Harness. ●- Implement deployment automation strategies to improve release speed, consistency, and reliability. ●Manage Git-based workflows and support DevOps best practices across engineering teams. ●Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud Automation- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and related tools. ●- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. ●- Support cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ●- Ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and high availability across environments. ●Containerization & Platform Engineering- Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. ●- Manage Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and cloud-native deployment strategies. ●- Support platform modernization and enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives. ●- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture and deployment standards. ●Monitoring, Security & Operational Support- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and uptime. ●- Support DevSecOps initiatives including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation. ●- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues. ●- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. ●Documentation & Collaboration- Maintain detailed technical documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, deployments, and operational procedures. ●- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, and security teams to align DevOps strategies and standards. ●- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on DevOps best practices. ●Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles. ●- Mandatory hands-on experience with Harness implementation and administration. ●- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. ●- Strong expertise with Terraform, Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). ●- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. ●- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies. ●- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Groovy. ●- Familiarity with Git/GitOps workflows and version control best practices. ●- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions. ●- Strong understanding of DevSecOps concepts and secure deployment practices. ●- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. ●- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ●Preferred Qualifications- Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins or other legacy platforms into Harness. ●- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. ●- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet. ●- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, or Harness certifications are a plus. ●.
