This role partners closely with the Director of Enterprise Quality Business Excellence & Value Realization, operating at the intersection of portfolio governance, financial oversight, and digital enablement The consultant will play a key role in driving project and portfolio management (PPM) processes, ensuring that enterprise quality initiatives are supported by strong governance frameworks, actionable reporting, and scalable tools. This is a hands-on PMO role focused on managing processes, enabling teams, and improving visibility across a complex portfolio of digital and quality-driven initiative s. Required Qualificati ons3–7+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio governance, or project coordination roles – preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environme ntsStrong understanding of project management fundamentals, including stage gate processes, business case development, and ROI analy sisExperience supporting portfolio-level reporting and governance framewo rksProficiency in at least one visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau) and proficient in Excel and basic SQL for data management and validat ionHands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automa te) Preferred Qualificat ionsExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments, with exposure to projects spanning development through commercializa tionExpert in:Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Autom ate)SharePoint (lists, workflows, and integrati ons)Excel and basic SQL for data management and valida tionPlanisware or similar PPM t oolsExperience supporting digital or technology-driven program portfo lios
