Sales Ops Sênior - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Será responsável por desenhar fluxos, configurar o CRM, implementar automações, utilizar Inteligência Artificial para ganho de produtividade e acompanhar indicadores para apoiar o crescimento da operação. ●Principais responsabilidadesEstruturar e otimizar fluxos de cadência para SDRs e Executivos de Vendas. ●Desenvolver estratégias de nutrição de leads durante todo o ciclo comercial. ●Configurar, administrar e evoluir o HubSpot CRM. ●Criar e manter automações, workflows, pipelines, propriedades, listas, formulários e integrações no CRM. ●Padronizar processos comerciais e garantir sua adoção pelas equipes. ●Realizar testes (A/B e de processos) para validar novas estratégias, automações e melhorias. ●Monitorar indicadores de performance da operação comercial e identificar oportunidades de otimização. ●Construir dashboards e relatórios para apoio à tomada de decisão. ●Atuar em parceria com Marketing, SDRs, Vendas e Customer Success para integrar processos e aumentar a eficiência da jornada do cliente. ●Garantir a qualidade e a governança das informações registradas no CRM. ●Pesquisar, testar e implementar soluções de Inteligência Artificial que aumentem a produtividade da área comercial. ●Criar e operar assistentes de IA para apoiar atividades como prospecção, qualificação, atendimento, geração de conteúdo, análise de dados e automação de tarefas. ●RequisitosExperiência em Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps) ou áreas correlatas. ●Domínio do HubSpot CRM (obrigatório). ●Experiência na configuração de pipelines, workflows, automações, propriedades, listas e integrações. ●Conhecimento em estruturação de cadências comerciais e processos de nutrição de leads. ●Experiência na análise de métricas e indicadores de vendas. ●Perfil analítico e orientado à melhoria contínua. ●Interesse genuíno por Inteligência Artificial e novas tecnologias. ●Experiência ou facilidade para utilizar ferramentas de IA generativa (como ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, entre outras) no dia a dia. ●Será um diferencial ter experiência na criação de agentes, assistentes ou automações utilizando IA. ●.
