Product Owner

We are looking for a remote, full-time Product Owner with 3-5 years of product owner or technical product manager experience. In this role, you will bridge the client needs and technical execution, managing both high-touch, custom audience requests and the development of the client's syndicated audience products.

As the Product Owner, you must be strategic and detail-oriented as you lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will own the "how" and "when" of our audience delivery, collaborating closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure every segment release is built to specification, rigorously QA'd, and delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the scoping, building, QA, and release phases for all custom and syndicated audience segments
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Data Science team responsible for building audiences to translate complex marketing requirements into technical roadmaps
• Backlog Management: Prioritize the audience creation queue, balancing urgent custom requests from enterprise clients with long-term product goals, including audience pipeline improvements
• Quality Assurance: Develop and oversee rigorous QA protocols to ensure audience accuracy before release
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine the audience build workflow to reduce "time-to-market" for new segments
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in MarTech and identity resolution to ensure Collage's segmentation capabilities remain best-in-class

Required Experience

• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills
• Proven PO Experience:3–5 years of professional experience in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role, specifically within an Agile environment
• MarTech Experience: A deep understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem, specifically regarding audience segmentation, DMPs, CDPs, or programmatic advertising
• Agile Software: Proficiency in Jira, Monday.Com, or Azure DevOps for backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Data Literacy: Ability to speak "data"—comfortable discussing SQL, data schemas, or statistical confidence with technical peers
• Data Science Collaboration: A track record of successfully managing projects that involve complex data modeling, large datasets, and collaboration with data scientists
• Project Precision: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing sight of the "fine print" during the QA process
• Stakeholder Influence: Experience navigating the needs of both commercial/sales teams and technical engineering teams to find the optimal path forward
• High Impact Delivery: Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
• Soft Skills: Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Desired Experience

• Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with how audiences are activated in platforms like LiveRamp, Trade Desk, or Facebook Manager
