Senior CRM Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst based in Brazil. As a Senior CRM Business Analyst, you will support leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations in improving commercial excellence and engagement with healthcare professionals. The role combines business analysis, functional consulting, solution expertise, and direct client partnership throughout implementation projects. You will lead discovery sessions and workshops, translate complex business needs into functional requirements, and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices. You will work across CRM and Speaker Bureau ecosystems, including Veeva, Salesforce, OCE, and related life sciences platforms. The position offers significant exposure to senior business stakeholders and highly visible client-facing initiatives supporting U. S. -based organizations. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced professional who can serve as a trusted advisor and drive successful solution adoption. Accountabilities - Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and business process discussions to understand objectives, challenges, and operational requirements. - Act as a trusted advisor throughout CRM and Speaker Bureau implementation projects, providing functional guidance and industry expertise. - Analyze business challenges and recommend appropriate solution approaches, best practices, and opportunities for process optimization. - Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable guidance for technical teams. - Support solution design, configuration discussions, testing, deployment, and implementation activities. - Partner closely with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle to promote successful adoption and alignment with business objectives. - Facilitate stakeholder and executive-level meetings, communicating complex functional topics clearly to diverse audiences.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue investigation and resolution, change management, and other activities required for successful delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, product, technology, and other professional services functions. - Support occasional travel to customer locations for workshops, project activities, or other client engagements when required. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. - Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, or similar client-facing role. - Strong expertise with pharmaceutical and life sciences CRM platforms, including Veeva CRM, Salesforce, OCE, or comparable ecosystems. - Experience supporting Speaker Bureau business processes and related applications. - Strong consulting experience working directly with pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations. - Proven ability to lead workshops, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and stakeholder meetings. - Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and practical technology solutions. - Deep understanding of pharmaceutical field force, medical affairs, and commercial operations processes. - Strong experience advising clients on business process optimization and industry best practices. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence working with U. S. -based clients. - Strong presentation, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management capabilities. - 10+ years of experience supporting CRM and/or Speaker Bureau solutions is highly desirable.
