Head Of Latam Region Sales - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for a proven enterprise sales leader with deep experience scaling fintech, payments, or digital banking platforms across emerging markets. ●As Head of LATAM Sales Region, you will own regional revenue growth, sales execution, team leadership, and executive-level market representation. ● You will serve as the primary commercial leader for LATAM, partnering closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and global stakeholders to expand i2c’s footprint across the region. ●Required Experience: Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industriesKey ResponsibilitiesRegional Sales Strategy & Leadership- Define and execute the LATAM regional sales strategy aligned with i2c’s overall growth objectives. ●- Drive revenue across i2c’s full product suite, including credit, debit, prepaid, payment hub, and digital banking platforms. ●- Translate global go-to-market initiatives into regionally relevant sales execution plans. ●Team Building & Performance Management- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing LATAM sales organization. ●- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and consistent overachievement. ●- Establish clear performance metrics, coaching cadence, and succession planning. ●Market Expansion & Business Development- Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-growth opportunities across LATAM. ●- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with banks, fintechs, processors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. ●- Represent i2c as a trusted advisor and executive leader in the regional market. ●Pipeline, Forecasting & Revenue Management- Own end-to-end pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance across the region. ●- Support pricing strategy and deal structuring at the client and portfolio levels in alignment with enterprise objectives. ●- Ensure predictable execution from lead generation through contract close. ●Operational Excellence & Execution- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and visibility. ●- Partner closely with Client Implementation and Operations to monitor sales-to-implementation KPIs and KRIs. ●- Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks impacting revenue realization. ●Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Implementation, and Operations teams to ensure market alignment. ●- Surface customer and market feedback into product, roadmap, and go-to-market discussions. ●- Work closely with the CGO on regional strategy, messaging, and key client engagements. ●Requirements- Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish and/or Portuguese). ●- 10–15 years of executive-level sales leadership experience in card payments, fintech, digital banking, and/or SaaS. ●- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 or equivalent institutions. ●- Proven experience leading and scaling sales organizations across the LATAM region. ●- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and board-level discussions. ●- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. ●- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience. ●Desired Traits- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, low-ego leadership style. ●- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. ●- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. ●- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and execution discipline. ●- Ability to rapidly acclimate, grasp strategic objectives, and deliver measurable impact quickly. ●Our Companyi2c is a global provider of highly configurable banking and payment solutions, enabling financial institutions, fintechs, and innovators to rapidly design, launch, and manage comprehensive banking, credit, debit, and prepaid programs. ● Built on i2c’s proprietary “building block” technology, our platform delivers unmatched flexibility, speed to market, security, and reliability. ●Operating on a single, unified global banking and payments SaaS platform, i2c supports millions of end users across more than 200 countries and territories, operating seamlessly across all time zones. ● Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, i2c has established itself as a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative and respected financial institutions. ●I2c is one of the largest privately held financial technology companies in the industry. ● With more than 1,700 employees worldwide, the company is consistently recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most profitable firms in the fintech and payments sector. ●.
