Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver, customizar e evoluir soluções em Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Atuar na implementação técnico-funcional dos módulos Sales, Customer Service e/ou Field Service
Criar, ajustar e manter:
Entidades/tabelas customizadas
Regras de negócio e validações
Formulários, views e dashboards
Modelagem de dados, perfis de segurança e permissões
Analisar e implementar automações e fluxos utilizando Power Automate
Atuar de forma integrada em soluções baseadas em Power Platform (Power Apps, Business Rules, automações e integrações)
Levantar, analisar e traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas aderentes e viáveis
Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de negócio, arquitetos e outros(as) desenvolvedores(as)
Apoiar decisões relacionadas a customizações complexas, integrações e extensões da plataforma
Participar de workshops técnicos e funcionais com clientes e stakeholders
Apoiar as fases de testes, homologação (UAT), deploy e estabilização das soluções
Garantir a qualidade técnica e funcional das entregas
Produzir e manter documentação técnica e funcional das soluções undefined
