General Accounting Analyst

General Accounting Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting audits in a multinational OEM environment. ●Key Responsibilities:Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, including journal entries, reclassifications, accruals, and account analysis. ●Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring accuracy and traceability. ●Draft and review financial statements in accordance with BRGAAP. ●Provide support for internal and external audits by delivering documentation, account justifications, and analysis. ●Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, depreciation, and write-offs. ●Collaborate with the tax team to ensure accurate postings and compliance with ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc. ●Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (automation, ERP optimization, internal controls). ●Work in close collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Cost and Controlling. ●Technical Requirements:Bachelors degree in accounting. ●At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in industrial or multinational companies. ●Strong knowledge of Brazilian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS reporting. ●Proficiency in ERP system Totvs/Protheus. ●Advanced Excel skills. ●Intermediate English. ●Experience in audit support and financial reporting. ●Desired Profile:Analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills. ●Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. ●Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. ●Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. ●.
