Role Overview
We're hiring banking and fintech professionals with hands-on experience across Chase, PayPal, Venmo, and Mint to evaluate AI systems handling payments, disputes, fraud, and personal finance scenarios.
What does day-to-day life look like?
- Create banking and payments workflow prompts
- Build synthetic transaction, dispute, and reconciliation scenarios
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance
- Identify issues like failed transfers, fraud false positives, and sync failures
Requirements
- 4–9+ years in banking, fintech, fraud ops, merchant payments, or personal finance
- Experience with Chase, PayPal, Venmo, Mint, or related platforms
- Understanding of consumer banking regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC)
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Nice to have
- Experience with Stripe, Square, Cash App, Plaid, or Robinhood
- AI evaluation or RLHF experience
- Knowledge of fintech integrations and data aggregation

Offer Details
- Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST.
- Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
