Position Overview Insight Global is seeking multiple

Senior Salesforce & AWS Developers

to support a large-scale healthcare client (Sevita). This is a

highly technical, hands-on role

within a custom, enterprise environment where Salesforce serves as the system of record and AWS powers complex data processing and integrations. The team is looking for

proven, senior-level developers

who can contribute immediately, own enhancements, and operate across both Salesforce and AWS ecosystems with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance

Salesforce applications

using Apex, Lightning, and custom components Build and maintain

AWS-based services

for data extraction, transformation, and distribution Integrate Salesforce with

AWS services and downstream systems via REST APIs Support data flows to

external partners, mobile applications, and state systems Own

performance tuning, enhancements, and production support

across platforms Contribute to

CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a

highly customized, homegrown environment Troubleshoot and resolve

complex system and integration issues

Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of hands-on

Salesforce development experience Strong Salesforce expertise across: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura SOQL, SOSL Flows, triggers, controllers, Lightning Apps Experience with

custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards Experience with

SFDX, deployments, and Salesforce administration tasks Strong experience with

AWS development Proficiency in: Node.js, Lambda, API Gateway SNS, SQS, IAM, Secrets Manager S3, DynamoDB, RDS Route 53 and networking fundamentals Strong experience with

REST API integrations Experience with

CI/CD, build & deployment processes, and application security Understanding of AWS architecture (

regions, availability zones, monitoring tools

) Experience with

CloudFormation and SAM deployments Ability to support

large, complex enterprise systems across multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications Experience with

React.js or front-end frameworks Exposure to

Amplify or modern AWS full-stack tooling Familiarity with

EventBridge or event-driven architectures Experience with

automation or scripting (Groovy, CLI tools, etc.) Exposure to

Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
