Responsabilidades
Liderar e desenvolver o time de Account Executives, garantindo alinhamento com metas e cultura de alta performance Acompanhar a performance individual do time, promovendo feedbacks estruturados e desenvolvimento contínuo Participar ativamente dos processos de recrutamento, seleção e onboarding de novos talentos de vendas Identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos comerciais, com foco em aumento de conversão e produtividade Garantir a aplicação consistente da metodologia de vendas Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e gerar insights para tomada de decisão Contribuir com visão estratégica sobre oportunidades, desafios e tendências da operação comercial Apoiar a construção e execução de planos de ação para impulsionar resultadosRequisitos
Experiência prévia em liderança de times de vendas, com histórico consistente de superação de metas Capacidade comprovada de aumento de performance e eficiência em operações comerciais Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS ou startups Vivência em recrutamento, treinamento e desenvolvimento de times comerciais Habilidade em negociação, apresentação e vendas consultivas Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatasInformações adicionais
