Key Responsibilit iesCover the local B2B travel market and promote RezLive.Com among travel agents and travel agenci es.Generate branding, market visibility, and product positioning for RezLive.Com in the assigned regi on.Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and affiliations for RezLive.C om.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agency clien ts.Generate new sales leads and convert them into active business accoun ts.Sell travel-related services and outbound destination products to travel agen ts.Follow up on existing quotes, travel inquiries, and business opportunities with travel agen ts.Provide product support, client training, and guidance to existing clients on using RezLive.C om.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team for pre-sales suppo rt.Maintain regular contact with travel agents to increase platform usage and business volu me.Track market feedback, competitor activity, client concerns, and new business opportuniti es.Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade visits, and regional business discussio ns.
Required Skills and Experi ence
2 to 6 years of work experience in the travel indu stry.Strong experience in Business Development and Account Manage ment.Experience selling outbound travel destinations is requ ired.Good knowledge of the local travel trade market in Rio de Janeiro or nearby reg ions.Strong understanding of travel agents, destinations, hotels, and regional travel business pract ices.Experience working with outbound travel agencies will be highly prefe rred.Good command of English and the local language, with the ability to read and speak both comfort ably.Ability to communicate confidently with travel agents, clients, and internal t eams.Basic computer knowledge with hands-on experience using MS Office, email, and internet t ools.Valid driving license is requ ired.Candidate must be willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned region/s tate.Candidate must be currently employed with a company and should not be self-employed, freelancing, or running their own busi ness.Preferred Qualifica tionsIATA certification will be an added advan tage.Prior experience as a Tour Consultant, Travel Sales Executive, B2B Sales Executive, or Business Development Executive in the travel industry will be prefe rred.Existing network with local travel agencies and travel agents in the assigned region will be a strong plus.Candidate Pr ofileThe ideal candidate should be a travel industry professional with strong B2B sales exposure and local market knowledge. The candidate should be able to meet travel agencies in person, understand their business needs, promote RezLive.Com effectively, and support business growth through regular client engage ment.The candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a field sales environment. Since this role involves significant local travel, the candidate must have strong mobility, communication skills, and relationship-building abi lity.Strict No-Poach / Not Suitable Backgr oundsDo not source candidates who are freelancers, self-employed, or running their own com pany.Candidates from OYO, Airbnb, cruise companies, or similar business models are not a good fit.Candidates without travel industry experience should not be consid ered.Candidates without BD and Account Management experience should not be consid ered.Candidates who are not willing to travel extensively within the assigned region should not be consid ered.
