With competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off (including national holidays), and a supportive HR team always in your corner, you’ll love building your career with us. ●The Sales Analyst is responsible for developing accurate sales forecasts, monitoring inventory health, and driving planning decisions across multiple territories and sales channels. ● This role serves as the link between sales, operations, and supply chain teams by translating historical performance, market trends, and business goals into actionable demand and inventory plans. ●Who We’re Looking For:- 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related analytical role- Strong experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, and performance reporting- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets- Experience working with multiple sales channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or marketplace environments- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for business stakeholders- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, inventory management systems, or reporting tools is highly preferred- Background in consumer products, apparel, retail, e-commerce, or a related industry is preferred- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e. ●G. ● Time Doctor)- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outageWhy You’ll Love Working Here:??
