Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Superior Completo Turno/Horas -- Áreas de Atuação Profissional: TI - Projetos Descrição: Gerente de Projetos Técnicos Vaga Presencial - Recife Experiência: 8 a 12 anos (máximo) Inglês fluente Habilidades: Descrição da vaga Supervisionar e coordenar todas as fases do projeto, da iniciação à implantação. Experiência com metodologia ágil, sendo o Scrum imprescindível. Experiência na implementação de novos projetos de aplicações web do zero. Experiência prévia como desenvolvedor full stack/líder em tecnologias como TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js e PostgreSQL, auxiliando na definição de requisitos de negócios para o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades. Garantir o alinhamento e o cumprimento dos prazos e entregas do projeto, dentro do orçamento e com altos níveis de qualidade. Facilitar a comunicação eficaz e oportuna entre as partes interessadas e os membros da equipe. Excelente capacidade de organização para acompanhar o progresso das tarefas diretamente com as equipes de desenvolvimento e solucionar quaisquer gargalos. Sólido conhecimento técnico de sistemas operacionais e de como as diversas camadas da pilha de software se integram. Habilidade em pensamento criativo e crítico, capaz de desconstruir problemas, resolver conflitos e liderar as equipes na busca de soluções. Automotivado, com forte senso de responsabilidade pessoal e orientação técnica. Deve possuir experiência comprovada na definição e execução de processos. Excelentes habilidades interpessoais, especialmente a capacidade de filtrar e sintetizar informações relevantes para o público certo.
