Talent Acquisition Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions and organizational levels. ●Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake through offer and onboarding. ●- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies. ●- Lead recruitment efforts across a broad range of functions, including Manufacturing, Technical, Engineering, Commercial, Corporate, and Shared Services roles. ●- Recruit for positions across multiple organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership roles. ●- Support hiring needs across Brazil and other countries in Latin America. ●- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs. ●- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. ●- Utilize market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. ●- Ensure accurate and compliant management of recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System. ●Qualifications- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ●- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a multinational organization. ●- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, technical, commercial, and corporate roles. ●- Experience hiring for various organizational levels, from entry-level and professional positions to management and senior leadership roles. ●- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries within Latin America. ●- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is strongly preferred. ●- Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus. ●- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills. ●Preferred Competencies- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market research capabilities. ●- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. ●- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. ●- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ●- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, teams, and geographies. ●This is an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment and enjoys recruiting top talent across a diverse range of functions, levels, and countries throughout Latin America. ●.
