IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Global Projects)

About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced

IT Infrastructure Project Manager

to lead complex, global technology initiatives. This role requires a

hands-on understanding of the full infrastructure project lifecycle , with direct experience managing

end-to-end integration across enterprise environments . You will work daily with

global teams across India and the United States , making

full English fluency (C2 level)

a critical requirement.

✅ Required Qualifications Proven experience as an

IT Infrastructure Project Manager in global corporate environments Strong understanding of

how infrastructure projects are structured and executed across the full lifecycle Demonstrated experience in

integrating multiple infrastructure components , including: Endpoint & workplace services Identity & access (AD / Azure AD) Microsoft 365 (tenant migrations, email migrations) Cloud & on-premise environments Servers, networks, storage, and databases Experience managing

complex, multi-stream, cross-functional technology programs Solid experience with

project management tools

(MS Project, SharePoint, or equivalent) Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage

multiple priorities in high-pressure, global environments

Language Requirement (MANDATORY) English: C2 / Full Professional Fluency (MANDATORY) Must be fully capable of

leading meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English on a daily basis Direct interaction with

global teams (India and US)

Ideal Profile Strong background in

enterprise infrastructure transformation projects Experience dealing with

global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams Hands-on mindset with the ability to

connect technical depth with project governance Comfortable navigating

complex environments and high visibility programs

Work Details Work model:

Hybrid from Sao Paulo and / or Remote from Brazil Contract: 06 months (extendable) Hiring Model: PJ (as contractor)
