Dá uma olhada no que estamos buscando: Estamos em busca de um(a) DBRE (Database Reliability Engineer) para atuar em um ambiente orientado por Data Mesh , com foco em resiliência, automação e governança de dados distribuídos . Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a confiabilidade, performance e escalabilidade dos bancos de dados utilizados pelas equipes de produto e engenharia. Responsabilidades:
Projetar e implementar estratégias de confiabilidade para bancos de dados em domínios distribuídos.
Automatizar processos de provisionamento, backup, monitoramento e recuperação de bancos de dados.
Trabalhar em parceria com os times de produto e engenharia para garantir boas práticas de modelagem e performance.
Atuar na observabilidade e rastreabilidade dos dados em ambientes SQL e NoSQL.
Participar da definição de padrões e políticas de governança de dados dentro da arquitetura Data Mesh.
Realizar troubleshooting e tuning de queries e estruturas de dados.
Gerenciar e otimizar recursos de banco de dados em AWS , utilizando serviços como RDS, Aurora, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM e Secrets Manager . Requisitos Técnicos:
Experiência avançada com SQL Server , PostgreSQL e MongoDB .
Domínio de AWS , especialmente em serviços voltados para bancos de dados e infraestrutura.
Conhecimento em infraestrutura como código (IaC) com Terraform ou CloudFormation .
Automação com PowerShell, Bash ou Python .
Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (ex: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Familiaridade com arquitetura orientada a domínios (DDD) e Data Mesh .
Conhecimento em CI/CD e integração com pipelines de dados.
Experiência com ambientes cloud-native e containers (Docker, Kubernetes) . O que você encontra aqui:
