Go-To-Market Manager - Pharma Channel

Buscamos uma pessoa para liderar a estratégia comercial e de go-to-market do canal farmacêutico, com forte atuação em redes, associações, distribuidores e contas diretas, sendo responsável por acelerar crescimento, fortalecer relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos e garantir excelência de execução comercial. Essa posição terá alto nível de autonomia, forte interface cross-functional e papel protagonista na construção de estratégias de expansão em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado a resultado. Responsabilidades Liderar a estratégia comercial do canal farma direto, incluindo associações, distribuidores, redes médias e independentes; Construir e executar planos de go-to-market (GTM) por canal, região e parceiro; Desenvolver relacionamento com grandes contas e stakeholders do varejo farmacêutico; Estruturar negociações comerciais, calendário promocional e planos de crescimento; Gerar insights a partir de dados de sell-in, sell-out, performance comercial e inteligência de mercado; Trabalhar em parceria com times de marketing, trade, supply, CRM e finanças para maximizar resultado de negócio; Identificar oportunidades de expansão regional e de novos subcanais; Liderar projetos estratégicos de crescimento e redesenho de rota para mercado. Requisitos Experiência sólida em indústria de consumo, pharma, nutrição, OTC, beleza ou FMCG; Vivência com canal farmacêutico, especialmente diretos, distribuidores, associações ou redes; Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para crescimento comercial; Experiência com negociação de grandes contas e gestão de canais; Vivência com dados de mercado (IQVIA, Nielsen, Scanntech, sell-out/sell-in) Diferenciais Experiência com GTM redesign, expansão de canais e gestão regional; Passagem por categorias como OTC, suplementos, consumer health, dermocosméticos ou nutrição; Visão estratégica e capacidade analítica para leitura e defesa de P&L; Domínio de gestão de orçamento de marketing com leitura de ROI; Network ativo na ABRAFARMA e relacionamento direto com gerentes de categoria das principais redes (RD, DPSP e outras) Benefícios
