Realizar suporte técnico remoto e presencial aos colaboradores. Instalar, configurar e atualizar sistemas operacionais e softwares corporativos. Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos. Diagnosticar e resolver problemas de hardware, software, rede local e conectividade. Gerenciar chamados técnicos no sistema de help desk, registrando soluções e acompanhando SLA. Controlar inventário de ativos de TI, atualizando dados de patrimônio e localização dos equipamentos. Configurar e manter impressoras, estações de trabalho e dispositivos de rede básica. Apoiar na aplicação de boas práticas de segurança da informação nos terminais e usuários finais.
Requisitos
Ensino Superior em curso ou concluído em Informática, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins. Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico ao usuário final, preferencialmente em ambiente corporativo. Conhecimento prático em instalação e configuração de Windows, Office, navegadores, drivers e softwares básicos. Habilidade para diagnóstico rápido de falhas em hardware e software, com capacidade de resolução autônoma. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, orientação para atendimento e solução de problemas. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Ubatuba/SP, inclusive aos sábados no horário parcial.
