Finance Manager with a focus on cost management

to join a fast-paced industrial business. This is a high-impact role responsible for supporting regional leadership, managing all costs within the region, and analysing fixed and variable costs across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure regional leadership has a clear and detailed understanding of costs across all operations, providing insights into key cost drivers and financial performance. Oversee and coordinate the development of cost dashboards, delivering accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making. Lead the preparation of plant cost budgets and forecasts, driving a continuous improvement approach to cost management and financial performance. Conduct and lead cost analysis activities across the region, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for cost optimisation and margin improvement. Partner closely with operational and finance teams to support strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis and reporting.

Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, cost management, or a similar financial role. Experience working within multinational organisations and collaborating with international teams. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership. Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory). Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
