Field Services Onsite (FSO) Engineer (L2/L3)

to support and coordinate IT operations across the

Americas region , with a primary on-site presence in

Brazil . This role serves as the central coordination point for Field Services activities, ensuring seamless delivery of on-site and remote support, vendor management, and operational excellence across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of coordination for all Field Services activities across the Americas region. Provide on-site support for the Brazil location and remote oversight for Mexico, Colombia, and other LATAM/US sites as required. Coordinate with third-party vendors for end-user support, site readiness, hardware logistics, hands-and-feet services, and local escalations. Manage dispatch planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple locations. Support remote troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service follow-ups in collaboration with global support teams. Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational issues. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams. Support regional IT operations while ensuring adherence to service delivery standards and processes. Required Skills :

Proven experience in

L2 End-User Computing (EUC) and Field Services support

(L3 experience is an added advantage). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware support, and incident management processes. Experience managing vendors and coordinating support across multiple sites and geographies. Ability to oversee regional operations and support distributed teams. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in global delivery or distributed support environments. Proficiency in

Spanish and/or Portuguese

is preferred. Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting LATAM and US-based sites. Familiarity with ITSM tools and service management processes. Ability to work independently while coordinating with global teams and external vendors. Experience:
