Gerente senior têxtil - SP

We are seeking a Senior Textile Manager with strong experience in international sourcing and a well-established network of suppliers across Asia.

This is a strategic position that will work directly with the headquarters in Singapore, while maintaining frequent contact with offices in China and India. The professional will act as the Vice President’s right hand, assuming key responsibilities to reduce their operational workload and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and negotiate with Asian suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

2. Develop and onboard new suppliers across Asia.

3. Align strategies with headquarters and international offices.

4. Provide direct support to the Vice President in both strategic and operational management.

5. Develop new clients and expand markets.

6. Implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. Solid experience as a manager in the textile industry.

2. Strong knowledge of the production chain and international sourcing.

3. Proven track record in developing new business opportunities.

4. Experience supporting senior leadership directly.

5. Availability for international travel.

6. Mandatory fluency in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Mandarin.

Strategic profile, results-driven, with strong negotiation skills.
