Sales Manager Igaming - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is focused on acquiring new business, building strong relationships with key players in the ecosystem, and scaling revenue through performance-driven advertising solutions. ●The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, and a proven track record in digital sales. ● You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market, working closely with internal teams to deliver impactful and scalable solutions. ●ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on new business acquisition within the iGaming vertical. ●Build and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliates, and key partners in the ecosystem. ●Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. ●Negotiate and structure performance-based deals (e. ●G. ●, CPA, ROI-driven models). ●Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure successful campaign execution. ●Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize results and client satisfaction. ●Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently report on performance, forecasts, and key metrics. ●Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the iGaming space. ●Requirements Strong experience in digital sales, ideally within iGaming, betting, or performance marketing. ●Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including players, affiliates, and monetization models. ●Proven hunter profile, with a relentless, persistent, and highly driven approach to winning new business. ●Track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets. ●Strong negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in performance-based deals (e. ●G. ●, CPA, ROI). ●Fluent in Portuguese and English. ● Nice to HaveExisting network within the iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing ecosystem. ●Experience working with performance marketing platforms or adtech solutions. ●Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and campaign optimization strategies. ●.
