Engineering Recruiter - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As an Engineering Recruiter, you''ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing engineering professionals for positions within the manufacturing industry across a variety of technical disciplines. ●Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future hiring needs. ●Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels. ●Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess technical backgrounds, communication skills, and overall fit. ●Review resumes and qualify candidates based on client requirements. ●Meet weekly recruiting activity goals, including candidate outreach, interviews, and pipeline development. ●Maintain accurate candidate records using recruitment systems and tools. ●What We''re Looking ForBachelor''s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, Control & Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field. ●Full professional English communication skills. ●Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships. ●Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ●A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in developing a career in recruitment. ●About the OpportunityContract position. ●Monday to Friday schedule. ●Based in our new Campinas office. ●First two weeks onsite for onboarding and training, followed by a hybrid work model. ●Planned start date: September. ●.
