Head Of Risk - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The company has built a highly automated, data-driven credit platform and is entering its next phase of significant scale and product expansion. ●The role:Own credit strategy, policy, portfolio performance, and credit P&LIdentify opportunities to sustainably scale the existing credit businessPartner closely with Product to design and launch new credit productsServe as a strategic counterpart to Data Science/modeling leadershipSet direction in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-moving environmentBuild and develop a high-performing risk organization as the business scalesIdeal background:Launched a new credit product and successfully scaled itManaged a large-scale credit portfolio with meaningful P&L and policy ownershipExperience managing multiple credit products simultaneouslyStrong technical fluency across underwriting, modeling, and data scienceFirst-principles thinker who can challenge conventional credit assumptionsProven ability to operate in high-growth environments with strategic ambiguityStrong track record of attracting and developing top talentBrazil / Portuguese fluency strongly preferred.
