College degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or similar;
Proven experience as an EasyVista Platform Administrator;
Strong knowledge of ITSM and IT service management concepts;
Hands-on experience with EasyVista configuration, parametrization, and workflows;
Experience with system integrations and platform connectivity;
Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation within EasyVista;
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
English proficiency at B2 level or above (mandatory); French is a plus.
Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support. What we expect from you
