Job Description
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Risk Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP. If you have strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills, we want to hear from you!

Your influential mission. You will...
- Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases.
- Serve as the primary escalation point, providing consistent risk-based decisions.
- Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards.
- Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
- Analyze emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Payments, Data, and Customer Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, guidance materials, and knowledge resources.
- Support training, onboarding, and continuous development programs within Risk.
- Promote a culture of quality, ownership, critical thinking, and customer-focused risk management.
- Produce and analyze risk reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Are fluent in English.
- Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
- Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Are a team player with leadership skills.
