Immersion studio coordinator [partner enablement]

As the Immersion Studio Coordinator, you ll lead the end-to-end coordination of our training content and enablement programs, transforming technical expertise into engaging learning experiences that empower partners, accelerate adoption, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Own the Immersion Studio Program: Lead the end-to-end execution of the Immersion Studio program, translating business priorities into scalable learning journeys, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Content Operations: Manage the full learning content lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, production planning, review workflows, approvals, and publishing.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with technical and business experts to capture complex knowledge and transform it into engaging, learner-friendly training content.
• Oversee Learning Asset Development: Coordinate the creation of high-quality learning materials, including presentations, guides, videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, hands-on labs, and certification resources.
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: Establish and maintain instructional design, editorial, and brand standards across all learning experiences, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
• Coordinate Training Delivery: Prepare and support instructor-led and virtual training sessions, ensuring facilitators, materials, and logistics are ready for a seamless learner experience.
• Manage LMS & Content Governance: Publish and maintain learning assets within the LMS, ensuring version control, content freshness, localization, and global consistency.
• Measure Learning Impact: Monitor learning performance through key metrics such as completion rates, learner satisfaction, certification progress, content freshness, and business impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Academy Operations, Instructional Design, Training Coordination, or Program Management.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional training or enablement initiatives with multiple stakeholders and clear ownership of deliverables.
• Strong background in instructional design, learning content operations, and project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple learning formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning, videos, documentation, assessments, and certification programs.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), project management platforms, and collaborative content tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo, Brazil (CLT).

• Experience in B2B Technology, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IT, or Enterprise Software.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, particularly Identity Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience supporting partner enablement, customer education, or technical training programs.
• Bachelor s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global learning initiatives and multilingual content localization.
