Creative Content Strategist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a behind-the-scenes creative role. ● You will be responsible for continuously researching new ideas, developing original video concepts, creating stories and narratives, writing scripts, building storyboards, researching filming locations, and helping shape what each video should look and feel like before the founders step in front of the camera. ●The ideal candidate understands YouTube content, storytelling, business, and digital marketing and knows how to turn business expertise into compelling content that people actually want to watch. ●Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the creative strategy and content planning for the YouTube channel. ●Research and develop new, original video ideas on an ongoing basis. ●Study successful YouTube channels and identify formats, storytelling approaches, hooks, and concepts that can be adapted to the brand. ●Develop compelling video concepts around business, entrepreneurship, marketing, and real-world business stories. ●Create storylines and narratives that make educational content engaging and entertaining. ●Write and structure scripts for long-form YouTube videos. ●Develop storyboards and detailed creative directions for each video. ●Determine the hook, structure, pacing, key talking points, and overall narrative of each piece. ●Interview or collaborate with the founders to extract stories, experiences, insights, and expertise that can become strong content. ●Research interesting entrepreneurs, businesses, trends, case studies, and potential collaboration opportunities. ●Identify and reach out to potential entrepreneurs or business owners for collaborations and guest appearances. ●Research visually interesting filming locations in Miami, including hotels, venues, high-rise spaces, businesses, and other unique environments. ●Provide creative direction for filming setups, locations, environments, and overall visual presentation. ●Prepare the founders with everything they need before filming so they can execute the content efficiently. ●Collaborate with the long-form video editor and clearly communicate the intended creative direction. ●Help establish a repeatable YouTube content production system and maintain an organized content pipeline. ●Develop approximately one long-form YouTube video per week, with additional shorter long-form content as video should look before it is filmed. ●Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, narrative structure, and audience psychology. ●Strong research skills and curiosity about business, entrepreneurship, marketing, and financial topics. ●Basic understanding of digital marketing and business concepts. ●Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with founders. ●Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the creative process. ●Ability to research and identify interesting filming locations and environments. ●Comfortable researching and reaching out to entrepreneurs for potential collaborations. ●Experience with B2B content marketing, educational content, consulting, podcasting, or founder-led content is a plus. ●A portfolio of YouTube videos or relevant long-form content is required. ●Important Role ClarificationVideo editing is NOT the primary responsibility of this position. ●A dedicated video editor will handle the editing. ● Your responsibility is to define what should be created and how it should be created—from the initial idea and research through the story, script, storyboard, filming plan, and creative direction. ●You will essentially act as the creative director and strategic brain behind the YouTube channel. ●You do not need to live in Miami. ● However, you should be comfortable researching Miami locations remotely using tools such as Google Maps, venue websites, and other online resources. ●ExperienceWe are open to candidates across different experience levels. ●A highly experienced YouTube strategist is welcome, but we are equally interested in junior or mid-level candidates who demonstrate exceptional creative thinking, strong storytelling ability, and a genuine understanding of what makes YouTube content
