Product Mechanical Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We’ve fused cutting-edge hardware with innovative software into one powerful platform, disrupting legacy systems and delivering smarter, faster solutions for our clients. ●At TRACTIAN, you''ll break boundaries, question convention, and collaborate with top talent to drive real change. ● As a part of our growth-stage startup, you’ll work alongside the founders, shaping the vision, products, and experiences that will define the future of industrial tech. ●As a Mechanical Engineer at Tractian, you''ll drive the innovation and development of our IIoT solutions. ● Collaborating across teams, you''ll apply your expertise in mechanics and design to create high-performance products that redefine industrial asset management. ● From concept to execution, your role will shape Tractian''s industry-leading technology, ensuring top-tier quality and functionality in every solution we deliver. ●ResponsibilitiesUtilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed models and drawings of components and assemblies. ●Employ CAE tools and techniques to perform FEA simulations, including Moldflow, Fatigue, Thermal, structural, and Modal Analyses. ●Analyze simulation results to evaluate product performance, identify potential issues, and recommend design improvements. ●Collaborate with the design team to optimize product designs for factors such as strength, durability, and thermal performance. ●Provide guidance on material selection based on specs and test results to enhance product performance and reliability. ●Design parts for manufacturing (DFM), understand manufacturer capabilities, and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as machining and plastic injection. ●Prototype and test mechanical designs to validate performance and functionality, iterating as necessary. ●Participate in design reviews to provide valuable insights, feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement. ●RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ●3+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector. ●Strong understanding of CAE software tools, such as ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, COMSOL, or similar. ●Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, and design principles. ●Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools. ●Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as machining and plastic injection. ●Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ●Reading and writing proficiency in English. ●Bonus pointsExperience with microcasting and sintering. ●Familiarity with plastic materials. ●Experience in the IoT or industrial equipment sector is advantageous. ●Compensation:Competitive salary and stock options. ●Optional fully funded English / Spanish courses. ●30 days of paid annual leave. ●Education and courses stipend. ●Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years. ●Day off during the week of your birthday. ●Up to R$1. ●000/mo for meals and remote work allowance. ●Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation. ●Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life. ●Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities. ●#J-18808-Ljbffr.
