Estamos evoluindo a plataforma de identidade que sustenta a experiência entre produtos, sistemas e integrações do ecossistema Sankhya. Buscamos uma liderança técnica hands-on para atuar na arquitetura e evolução de uma plataforma estratégica de autenticação e SSO, em um contexto de crescimento acelerado, e escalabilidade. Essa pessoa terá papel central na construção de uma plataforma para o negócio, influenciando decisões arquiteturais, evolução do codebase, confiabilidade da solução e maturidade técnica do time.
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Liderar tecnicamente a evolução da plataforma de IAM / SSO
- Definir e sustentar arquitetura Identity First
- Atuar como referência técnica na evolução da plataforma de autenticação, identidade e integrações do ecossistema
- Contribuir hands-on em temas críticos (Keycloak customizado via SPI)
- Integrar IdPs externos (Google, Microsoft) e sistemas do ecossistema
- Garantir qualidade, segurança, automação e observabilidade
- Atuar próximo a produto e negócio, apoiando decisões técnicas
- Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial no dia a dia de engenharia para apoio em diagnóstico de problemas, revisão de código, documentação técnica e aceleração de entregas, garantindo uso responsável e seguro das informações.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
- Experiência com IAM / SSO e protocolos OAuth2, OIDC e SAML
- Vivência com Keycloak e customizações avançadas
- Forte base em Java (17+), Kotlin e APIs seguras
- Experiência em cloud AWS e arquitetura de plataforma
- Atuação como Tech Lead, definindo padrões e orientando o time
- Identity First Architecture
- M2M authentication
- Observabilidade (OpenTelemetry)
- Experiência com produtos enterprise

Uberlândia/MG – Presencial
São Paulo/SP – Híbrido (2x/semana no escritório)
