Proposal Developer

IQVIA seeks a Proposal Developer to lead RFI, RFP, and proposal development for its Technology Solutions portfolio across global clients. The role bridges Business Development, Operations, and Delivery teams to create competitive, compliant proposals that drive sales growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for pre-award sales opportunities and lead RFI/RFP development and submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, consolidate, and review proposal content for accuracy and compliance
- Manage strategic customer accounts and oversee all proposal-related requests with timely execution
- Conduct quality reviews, maintain proposal templates and repositories, and contribute lessons learned to knowledge databases
- Support pricing strategy discussions and participate in customer meetings and proposal reviews as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
- 3–6 years experience in proposal management, business development, contracts, finance, or clinical research
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry
- Understanding of clinical trial process and drug development phases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment
