Media Buyer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● S. ●, and we''re scaling aggressively to 100+ clients. ●No bloated layers. ● No politics. ● No babysitting. ●We specialize in video-driven paid media systems that generate booked appointments and signed jobs for roofing and home renovation businesses. ● If you don''t understand contractors, sales cycles, and how to turn ads into revenue this is not the role for you. ●If you do you''ll have autonomy, trust, and real impact. ●The Role (Read Carefully)We''re hiring a Senior Media Buyer who can own campaign execution end-to-end for roofing and home renovation clients. ●This is not a "strategy-only" role. ●This is not a "just launch ads and wait" role. ●You will:- Set up- Launch- Optimize- ScaleVideo-first paid media systems across TOF / MOF / BOF. ●You must understand how contractors think, how homeowners buy, and how to turn attention into booked jobs. ●Core Responsibilities1. ● Campaign Setup & Launch- Build and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) video campaigns for roofing & home renovation clients- Structure accounts cleanly (TOF / MOF / BOF separation)- Implement proper tracking, events, and reporting- QA everything before launch no sloppy work2. ● Funnel Ownership (TOF MOF BOF)You must know how to:- Run TOF video ads for awareness and demand creation- Build MOF retargeting (video views, engagement, site traffic)- Execute BOF conversion campaigns (lead forms, landing pages, booked calls)- Diagnose where funnels break and fix them fast3. ● Video Ad Performance Optimization- Analyze hooks, angles, creatives, and messaging- Kill losers fast, scale winners responsibly- Give clear feedback on what video content is needed to improve results- Understand what works specifically in roofing & home renovation4. ● Client Readiness & Professional Conduct- You don''t talk like a marketer you talk like a business operator- Campaign updates are clear, calm, and confident- You understand contractor economics (job size, close rates, seasonality)- You protect the agency''s reputation at all timesRequired Experience (Non-Negotiable)You must have:- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns- Direct experience in home renovation or roofing marketing- Proven results using video ads (Meta primarily)- Experience running full-funnel paid media systems- Strong understanding of lead quality, not just CPL- Ability to work independently without hand-holdingIf you''ve never marketed roofing, remodeling, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar trades don''t apply. ●Who You Are- Tactical, fast, and detail-oriented- Calm under pressure- Takes ownership and responsibility- Doesn''t make excuses fixes problems- Understands that performance > opinions- Wants to growwith a team scaling hardThis Role Is NOT For You If:- You need constant direction- You blame platforms instead of fixing campaigns- You don''t understand contractors or local service businesses- You want a "chill" role instead of a high-performance oneCompensation- Competitive base pay (based on experience)- Performance-based growth opportunities- Long-term role as we scale to 100+ clients- High performers will be rewarded. ● Period. ●.
