Requisitos: ✅ Experiência comprovada na criação de vídeos para Instagram e Meta Ads;
✅ Domínio de edição dinâmica e foco em retenção de audiência;
✅ Capacidade de desenvolver ganchos impactantes nos primeiros segundos do vídeo;
✅ Conhecimento em legendas animadas, motion graphics e cortes modernos;
✅ Experiência com vídeos voltados para conversão e vendas;
✅ Entendimento de estratégias de marketing digital e comportamento do consumidor;
✅ Organização, criatividade e atenção aos detalhes. Será um diferencial:
Experiência com testes A/B de criativos;
Conhecimento em UGC (User Generated Content);
Familiaridade com branding e identidade visual;
Portfólio com campanhas que geraram resultados reais.
