Head Of Legal - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Trabalhamos com propósito, senso de urgência e cabeça de dono. ● Somos uma das startups que cresce mais rápido em toda a América Latina. ●Já são mais de 73. ●000 clientes alugando nossas motos e mais de 800 empresas utilizando o Mottu Entregas como solução de delivery totalizando mais de 1. ●000. ●000 entregas mensalmente, em 80 unidades no Brasil e na Cidade do México. ●Grandes investidores já acreditam no nosso sonho, como QED Investors, Bicycle Capital, Base Partners, Crankstart e Tiger Global. ●Responsabilidades e Atribuições:Esta é uma função de liderança fundamental que exigirá fortes capacidades de comunicação, pensamento crítico e a capacidade de trabalhar em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais para reduzir os riscos jurídicos e apoiar os objetivos da empresa. ●Você precisará ter atitude proativa orientada à prevenção e resolução de problemas, visão jurídica integrada ao negócio, perfil hands on, foco no cliente, adaptabilidade, resiliência, habilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e no trânsito perante diferentes stakeholders, e alta capacidade de negociação. ●Você irá:Prestar consultoria jurídica generalista (envolvendo, principalmente, direito civil e trabalhista), atuando como Business Partner para todos os clientes internos e coordenar todo o contencioso trabalhista, cível e criminal, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com advogados externos e internos para desenvolver estratégias legais e com foco preventivo de demandas. ●Analisar, elaborar e negociar os principais contratos nacionais e internacionais de alta complexidade, incluindo a emissão de dívidas no mercado de capitais e M&A. ●Atuar diretamente em todos os assuntos societários da Mottu, incluindo toda a rotina, governança, elaboração de ata, regularização de contratos sociais, procurações e regularidade de filiais. ●Gerir os aspectos jurídicos relacionados ao licenciamento, questões ambientais e regulatórias. ●Implementar e gerir a área de Compliance da empresa, desenvolvendo principalmente treinamentos e gestão de riscos. ●Requisitos Técnicos:Formação superior em Direito e registro na OAB. ●Experiência significativa em posições jurídicas sêniores. ●Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação. ●Inglês fluente (oral e escrito). ●#J-18808-Ljbffr.
