Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is fully remote in Brazil (CLT) and supports day-to-day operations related to account setup and billing processes for our US business.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining account records, ensuring billing information is accurate, and supporting system configurations used in pricing and invoicing.

This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with structured processes and has an interest in systems and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account records in internal systems;
  
  
• Ensure all billing information is complete and accurate;
  
  
• Process incoming requests through internal tools (e.G., ticketing system);
  
  
• Update account details, contacts, and billing structures as needed;
  
  
• Support system updates related to pricing and billing configurations;
  
  
• Investigate and resolve issues related to billing or data inconsistencies;
  
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes;
  
  
• Meet defined timelines and maintain high data accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative, finance, accounting, or data-related roles;
  
  
• Strong Excel skills (e.G., Pivot Tables, data comparison);
  
  
• Professional English communication skills;
  
  
• High attention to detail and organization;
  
  
• Ability to follow structured processes and handle repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with billing, invoicing, or financial data;
  
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools or internal systems.
