Business Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● What You''ll Do As a Business Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that create business value. ● Key responsibilities include: Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements. ● Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery. ● Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and process improvement initiatives. ● Recommend and evaluate solution options aligned with business objectives. ● Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution. ● Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Drive decision-making while preventing scope creep and maintaining project focus. ● Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success. ● What We''re Looking For 3+ years of Business Analysis experience. ● Experience in IT-focused environments. ● Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. ● Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ● Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams. ● Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. ● Preferred Technical Knowledge Supply Chain Solutions experience. ● Understanding of EDI and API concepts. ● Knowledge of Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies. ● Key Skills Stakeholder Management Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Effective Communication Adaptability & Agility Collaboration & Change Management Language Requirement Fluent English is required. ● .
