Objetivo da Posição
O Key Account Manager - América Latina & Caribe é responsável por desenvolver, gerenciar e ampliar relacionamentos estratégicos com bancos, instituições financeiras, fintechs, empresas de meios de pagamento e demais participantes do ecossistema financeiro regional.
A função combina gestão estratégica de contas, desenvolvimento de negócios e venda consultiva de soluções, abrangendo produtos físicos de pagamento e soluções digitais de segurança financeira. O KAM atua como a principal interface comercial e estratégica de confiança entre os clientes e empresa.
Portfólio de Soluções
Cartões de crédito, débito, pré-pagos e outros cartões financeiros, incluindo tecnologias com contato e contactless.
Fabricação de cartões, personalização e serviços associados ao ciclo de vida do cartão.
Soluções de certificação digital, Infraestrutura de Chaves Públicas (PKI), autenticação e gerenciamento de credenciais.
Verificação de identidade, validação de clientes, verificação de documentos e credenciais e tecnologias de suporte a KYC.
Soluções de detecção e prevenção de fraudes, autenticação de transações e autenticação baseada em risco.
Tecnologias e serviços de segurança aplicados a plataformas bancárias, fintechs e ambientes financeiros digitais.
