DATA ANALYTICS MANAGER/ANALYTICS LEAD (Remote)

Ready to turn complex data challenges into real business impact while leading high‑visibility projects across the globe? This role puts you in the driver’s seat of strategic analytics initiatives with international stakeholders.
As our Data Analytics Manager, you’ll work closely with leadership and C‑level clients, owning key projects from presales to delivery. You’ll help shape solutions, manage teams in Brazil, and ensure we consistently deliver measurable value.
- Lead customer analytics projects end to end, from scoping to delivery.
- Join and drive client meetings, translating needs into clear solutions.
- Manage internal projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Support presales: proposals, SOWs, and POCs.
- Oversee and develop the Brazil-based team.
- Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and high impact.
- Bring a strategic, innovation-focused view to data initiatives.
Must‑haves
- Proven experience in data/analytics leadership (manager or lead level).
- Strong background in analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing customer projects and internal initiatives.
- Solid exposure to presales: proposals, SOWs, and/or POCs.
- Experience leading and developing teams, ideally in distributed setups.
- Advanced English, comfortable with C‑level communication.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-oriented profile.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience managing teams or operations in Brazil or America.
- Background in consulting, digital, or data-driven product companies.
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics stacks.
- Track record of driving innovation and complex problem solving.
