Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager role focuses on executing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities：
1 Procurement Process Execution:
Oversee daily procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts to fulfill the company's requirements.
2 Supplier Relationship Maintenance:
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of goods and services. Assist in negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms.
3 Market Monitoring and Cost Efficiency:
Observe market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities. Provide basic insights to support procurement decisions and process improvements.
4 Internal Stakeholder Support:
Work with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in maintaining quality standards across procurement activities.
5 Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, maintaining records of all purchasing activities and pricing details accurately.
6 Reporting:
Generate regular reports on procurement activities, tracking supplier performance, and procurement efficiency. Utilize gathered data to assist in enhancing procurement processes. Major Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain or MBA majors.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically in purchasing uniforms, bags, printing and plastic materials, equipment, and logistics both internationally and domestically within Brazil.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Experience working with the food delivery industry is a plus.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
