Paid Media Project Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects related to paid media campaigns. ● The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and account teams to establish efficient processes, manage client deliverables, and optimize campaign performance. ● Our dream candidate is excited about creating efficient workflows and is an excellent communicator. ● You should be able to see the larger picture of account operations in order to ensure everything is running smoothly and nothing gets missed. ● Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations Director to establish processes for account management across teams Track and manage all client deliverables, organizing assets and resources to facilitate quick access and usage for assigned accounts Work with account teams and Operations Director to maintain processes for project management, asset management, creative briefing, quality assurance, internal/cross-department communication, and client communication on assigned accounts Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and efficiently Maintain effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle Report on workload and work with directors to ensure team is utilized efficiently Assist in campaign optimizations, setups, and reporting Candidate Requirements: 1-2 years experience in project management within the paid media or digital marketing industry. ● Strong understanding of paid media channels In-depth knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday. ●Com, or something similar) Experience with digital asset management tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. ●) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Expert in time management and prioritization Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently. ● Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences Proficient in English Experience maintaining process in a fast paced environment .
