Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is an excellent opportunity for a driven medtech sales professional with strong distributor management experience and a proven track record in cardiovascular, interventional, or related healthcare markets. ●Key responsibilitiesLead sales strategy and execution across Brazil. ●Manage and develop distributor and channel partner relationships. ●Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, procurement teams, and key stakeholders. ●Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share. ●Support product launches, commercial campaigns, and customer education initiatives. ●Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional sales performance. ●Work closely with internal teams across marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations. ●Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. ●Candidate profileProven sales leadership experience in medical devices, ideally cardiovascular, interventional, or other high-value healthcare technologies. ●Strong experience working through distributors or indirect sales channels. ●Ability to build credibility with clinical and commercial stakeholders. ●Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ●Strong understanding of the Brazilian medtech market. ●Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ●Fluent Portuguese required; English preferred. ●.
