Job Title: Service Desk PCD
Experience :2-3 Years
Location : Onsite- Londrina
Language : English- Basic / Spanish- Intermediate / Portuguese- Advance customer service – flexibility to work in case we need backup in the project. Key Responsibilities:
Take calls and Tickets from ServiceNow
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions.
Be available in case we need backup for work and cover other colleagues during shifts.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that end-users are satisfied with the support provided.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality.
