Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e comunicativa para atuar no suporte operacional de um Planejador Financeiro, conectando as demandas do Planejador, seguradoras parceiras (B2B) e clientes finais (B2C).
Suas principais responsabilidades:
Gerenciar a agenda do Planejador, confirmando reuniões e organizando remarcações; Registrar diariamente compromissos e contratos no Oráculo (CRM); Criar e emitir propostas de previdência privada e seguros (vida e veículo) nos portais das seguradoras parceiras; Acompanhar assinaturas mensais e identificar possíveis inadimplências; Prestar suporte aos clientes em acessos, cancelamentos, boletos e pendências; Atender clientes e equipe via WhatsApp Business, e-mail e Oráculo, garantindo agilidade dentro do horário comercial.O que buscamos:
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas/operacionais; Excelente comunicação escrita em português; Domínio de WhatsApp Business, Google Agenda, Gmail e Google Planilhas; Facilidade para aprender e utilizar novos sistemas, como CRMs e portais de seguradoras; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de urgência.Diferencial: formação completa ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Secretariado, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
