Sobre a vaga
Estamos em busca de um Analista Financeiro analítico e atento aos detalhes para integrar nosso time. Neste cargo, você será responsável por gerir operações financeiras, garantir a acuracidade dos dados e fornecer insights estratégicos para apoiar nosso crescimento e excelência operacional.
Responsabilidades
- Fluxo de Caixa e Orçamento: Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa e o orçamento financeiro.
- Contas a Pagar e a Receber: Controlar as operações diárias de CP e CR, assegurando prazos e precisão.
- Suporte Contábil: Realizar lançamentos contábeis, conciliações bancárias e garantir a conformidade com normas contábeis e legislação fiscal.
- Relatórios e Indicadores: Desenvolver relatórios financeiros, KPIs (EBITDA, margens, lucratividade) e projeções para suporte à tomada de decisão da diretoria.
- Planejamento Estratégico: Apoiar na análise de custos, avaliação de investimentos e planejamento estratégico.
- Gestão de Stakeholders: Interagir com bancos, fornecedores e clientes para negociações financeiras.
- Faturamento: Gerenciar a emissão de Notas Fiscais (NF-e) e documentações fiscais pertinentes.
Requirements
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Formação: Graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Gestão Financeira.
- Experiência: Experiência comprovada na área financeira corporativa.
- Conhecimentos Técnicos: * Excel Avançado (Procv, Tabelas Dinâmicas, etc.).
- Domínio de sistemas ERP.
- Sólida compreensão de demonstrativos financeiros (DRE, Balanço Patrimonial).
- Conhecimento em tributos básicos brasileiros.
- Soft Skills: Forte capacidade analítica, atenção aos detalhes e perfil proativo.
Diferenciais (O que te destaca)
- Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças ou Controladoria.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau) ou análise de dados.
- Experiência em planejamento financeiro e orçamento empresarial.
