Wanted: Senior Solution Architect - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade analytics deployments for customers with complex technical and business needs. ●You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes across architecture, deployment, scalability, and long-term value realization. ●Why Join the Solution Architect Team?Work at the intersection of customer success, cloud architecture, and data platforms. ●Help customers solve complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance challenges across our clients environments. ●Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams to shape best practices and improve the platform. ●Influence architecture decisions for strategic customers and high-visibility engagements. ●In This Role, You WillLead custom multi-node Linux installations and upgrades for our clients deployments, including troubleshooting complex deployment issues. ●Own and troubleshoot multi-node Windows-to-Linux migration projects, backup and restore processes, and architecture-related escalations. ●Analyze logs, system performance, and infrastructure telemetry to proactively identify risks and optimize customer environments. ●Partner with customer Application Developers, DevOps engineers, IT teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes. ●Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, submitting bugs and feature requests, and influencing roadmap priorities. ●Lead enablement initiatives for internal teams, mentor Solution Architects, and support technical interviews for new hires. ●What Youve Accomplished So Far5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including previous experience as a Solution Architect. ●Hands-on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL/CentOS), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS and GKE. ●Strong experience troubleshooting distributed systems, networking, security, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Coralogix. ●Advanced working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting. ●Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to join data across disparate sources and optimize queries. ●Proficiency in scripting and programming using Bash, Python, JavaScript, and CSS. ●Experience with load-testing tools such as K6 and modern cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus. ●Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders. ●How Youll Ramp UpBy Day 30Build a strong understanding of our clients architecture, deployment models, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes. ●By Day 60Independently lead standard and custom deployment activities. ●Troubleshoot escalations and support customer architecture reviews. ●By Day 90Own complex technical engagements end-to-end. ●Mentor junior team members. ●.
