Manufacturing Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We’ve fused cutting-edge hardware with innovative software into one powerful platform, disrupting legacy systems and delivering smarter, faster solutions for our clients. ●At TRACTIAN, you''ll break boundaries, question convention, and collaborate with top talent to drive real change. ● As a part of our growth-stage startup, you’ll work alongside the founders, shaping the vision, products, and experiences that will define the future of industrial tech. ●Hardware at TRACTIANThe Hardware team is responsible for designing and improving our IoT devices, dealing with every step of the development process, ranging from PCB design, firmware programming, case design, validations and certifications, always aiming to build trustworthy products that can be produced at a mass scale. ●What you''ll doAs a Manufacturing Engineer at Tractian, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our hardware products and solutions. ● You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet rigorous quality requirements and exceed customer expectations. ● Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with suppliers who share our commitment to excellence, further enhancing our supply chain efficiency and ensuring the consistent quality of our NPIs. ● Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional IIoT solutions to industries worldwide. ●ResponsibilitiesDevelop new suppliers and validate new technologies to enhance product quality and performance. ●Participate in the design review process to provide insights on potential quality concerns and ensure design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM and DFA). ●Collaborate with the design and quality teams to define quality standards, specifications, and inspection criteria for mechanical components and assemblies. ●Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. ●Participate in the NPI of new sensors and technologies. ●Work closely with the production team to support process validation and ensure consistency in manufacturing processes. ●Enable new features to our products by developing new manufacturing processes. ●RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ●Experience with Engineering Projects and Manufacturing Techniques. ●Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. ●Experience with inspection techniques, metrology, GD&T, and non-destructive testing methods. ●Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead root cause analysis investigations. ●Reading and Writing English proficiency. ●Bonus PointsExperience with Injection molding, CNC machining, and other manufacturing processes. ●Experience in extracurricular activities such as Baja or Formula SAE. ●Experience with ERP and PLM software. ●CompensationCompetitive salary and stock options. ●Optional fully funded English / Spanish courses. ●30 days of paid annual leave. ●Education and courses stipend. ●Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years. ●Day off during the week of your birthday. ●Up to R$1. ●000/mo for meals and remote work allowance. ●Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation. ●Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life. ●Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities. ●#J-18808-Ljbffr.
