Na Getnet, estamos buscando uma pessoa para a vaga de Tech Lead | Database Reliability Engineer para se juntar ao nosso time em Porto Alegre/RS ou São Paulo/SP. .
O que você vai fazer
- Lead the transition from manual tasks to fully automated workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability, and reduction of human error throughout the data lifecycle (Automation-First Engineering).
- Manage db-as-a-service environments, ensuring they meet security, resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency standards (SaaS & Cloud Operations).
- Implement and experiment with generative AI agents (LLMs) to assist in log analysis, query optimization suggestions, automated documentation, and proactive incident response (AI Innovation).
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines for schema, data, and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize the performance and scalability of database systems.
- Propose innovative solutions that improve the automation and management of data environments.
✅ O que buscamos em você
- Solid experience in Database and technical leadership, preferably in DBRE or related areas.
- Experience in data engineering, especially with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of automation and management practices for Cloud, On-Premises, and SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and automation-oriented programming skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
