Job Board Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is responsible for posting, maintaining, and optimizing job advertisements, managing job board subscriptions, monitoring applicant flow, and supporting recruiters by ensuring maximum job visibility and candidate attraction. ● The ideal candidate should have experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry and be familiar with leading job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment operations. ● Key Responsibilities Manage job postings across multiple job boards, including LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and niche job boards. ● Ensure job postings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding. ● Monitor job posting performance, application volume, and sourcing effectiveness. ● Maintain job board accounts, licenses, and user access. ● Troubleshoot posting issues and coordinate with job board vendors when required. ● Maintain and update job templates, keywords, and job descriptions. ● Track job board utilization, posting activity, and recruitment metrics. ● Generate weekly and monthly reports on job posting performance and sourcing effectiveness. ● Support ATS integrations and ensure jobs are synchronized between the ATS and external job boards. ● Stay updated on recruitment marketing trends and recommend new sourcing channels. ● Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 2–5 years of experience in recruitment operations, job board management, or staffing support. ● Experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry is preferred. ● Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and job posting processes. ● Excellent organizational and communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards. ● Experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar. ● Knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment sourcing techniques. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data. ● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ●.
